  • The Halford Brothers Community Room: $50.00 per hour
    4 hours  $200.00 | 8 hours $400.00 

  • The Kinney Drug Foundation Lounge: $60.00 per hour

  • The Kinney Drug Foundation Kitchen: Entire $200.00
    (Not Available currently, due to Covid-19 regulations) 
    Warming & Refrigerator /Freezer: $100.00
     

WEDDING RENTALS: $600.00

  • Includes: Tables and Chairs  

  • 2-3 hours Decoration Time

  • 8 hr day - Wedding Day Ceremony and Reception / Full Day Entry 

  • Following Day:  Arrange pickup time -  Pick up personal belongings by noon.

NOTE: Building Closes by Midnight / TOBACCO FREE BUILDING

Alcohol can be catered in with a permit. / On Site Ice Machine

PARTY RENTALS: $50.00 per hour

  • Includes: Tables and Chairs / On-Site ice machine

  • 1-2-hour Decoration Time / over 2 hrs. decoration time: $25.00 per hr setup fee

OFFICE SPACE RENTALS

  • Month:  $400

  • Week:  $200

  • Day:  $50

  • Hour:  $15
